My Approach
I firmly believe that you possess the deepest understanding of your own life. An approach that proves effective for me may not be a suitable solution for your unique circumstances. My role is to assist you in navigating available tools and resources, offering guidance and feedback throughout this process. I often employ humor, particularly with children, to address challenging issues. My objective is for you to feel not only heard but profoundly understood and recognized for the remarkable individual you are. Having worked with numerous individuals, I observe that most are striving their utmost to live their lives in the most effective way they know how. This may involve repeating learned childhood cycles or feeling constrained by persistent behavioral patterns. Such patterns might manifest as parental frustration or the application of ineffective disciplinary methods. These experiences can evoke feelings of overwhelm, shame, or embarrassment. I empathize deeply with these struggles. Despite my training and experience, I am not without imperfections and have, at times, encountered similar challenges. However, I can offer assistance. Improvement is attainable, and you have various options available to you.
